Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Revideo (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Company's website and mobile applications (including the game Case Jam; collectively, the "Service").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on the website. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason for any changes in advance.

Article 3 (Provision and Change of Service)

The Company provides the Service and may change or suspend all or part of it as necessary for operational or technical reasons. Unless otherwise required by law, the Company does not provide separate compensation for changes to or suspension of free services.

Article 4 (Use of the Service)

The Company grants users the right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Article 5 (Paid Services and In-App Purchases)

• Paid items and currency within the Service are used only within the Service and have no real-world monetary value.
• In-app purchases and refunds are subject to the payment and refund policies of each marketplace (e.g., Google Play) and to applicable laws.
• Except where attributable to the user, refunds may be provided as required by applicable law.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify without authorization, or manipulate the Service by improper means;
• Use automated programs (macros/bots) or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the Service;
• Infringe the rights of others, defame, or violate applicable laws;
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (design, text, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company or the rightful holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without the Company's prior consent.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

The Service is provided "as-is." The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, user fault, or third-party service failures.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be brought before the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

이용약관

본 약관은 레비데오(Revideo, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 웹사이트 및 모바일 애플리케이션(게임 Case Jam 등을 포함하며, 이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 이용자가 회사의 서비스를 이용함에 있어 필요한 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 내 또는 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자와 변경 사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

제5조 (유료 서비스 및 인앱결제)

• 서비스 내 유료 아이템·재화는 서비스 내에서만 사용되며 현금 등 실물 가치를 갖지 않습니다.
• 인앱 결제 및 환불은 Google Play 등 각 마켓의 결제·환불 정책과 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
• 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 경우를 제외하고, 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 환불이 이루어질 수 있습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스의 역설계, 복제, 무단 수정 또는 부정한 방법으로의 조작
• 자동화 프로그램(매크로·봇 등)의 사용 및 서비스 정상 운영 방해
• 타인의 권리 침해, 명예 훼손, 관련 법령 위반 행위
• 회사의 사전 동의 없는 서비스의 상업적 이용

제7조 (지식재산권)

서비스 및 서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠(디자인, 텍스트, 이미지, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 저작권 및 기타 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·이용할 수 없습니다.

제8조 (면책 및 보증의 부인)

서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책사유, 제3자 서비스의 장애 등 회사의 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (책임의 제한)

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 절차에 따른 관할 법원에 제소합니다.
